THE TOURS
All Rides begin and end at the Delaware County
Courthouse in Media, PA

Refreshments at all rest stops provided by Trader Joe’s.


Family Ride
This two mile course through the Media neighborhoods of Victorian homes will be escorted by a Bicycle Police Patrol. Imagine a family peloton parading down State Street, finishing a grand cycling event! What a great way to have family fun while contributing to an important cause!
Launch Time 11:00 am

Walk-a-Long
Non-riders can stroll the two-mile Family Ride Route, be part of the Bike 4 Sight fun, and enjoy the ambiance of this charming village. The Walk-A-Long is accessible to blind and
visually impaired participants as well as to sighted walkers. Volunteers will be on hand as guides if needed and will assist at intersections. Start Time 11:00 am

Short Ride
This thirteen mile course follows tree-canopied roads through Ridley Creek State Park. After a refreshing rest stop, the route continues on shaded roads back into Media, with a final
procession down State Street. This course has a few short, gradual hills. Launch Time 10:00 am

Intermediate Ride
The first quarter of this scenic and somewhat challenging twenty-five mile course follows the Short Ride route but continues on moderately hilly roads past fields with grazing horses and old stone barns. After a rest stop at a restored
historic Victorian train station in Glen Mills, riders return to Media for the final jaunt down Main Street.

Fifty Mile and Metric Century Routes*
These challenging routes explore the beautiful back roads of Chester and Delaware Counties and New Castle, DE, County.
You will ride past stately horse farms, babbling brooks and Brandywine Battlefield State Park, and enjoy several rest stops. The routes take you through the grounds of the Winterthur Museum and County Estate, which boasts a 60-acre, worldrenowned garden.

*All Metric and 50 mile riders must enter Winterthur no later than 9:40 a.m. No bicycles are permitted on the Winterthur grounds at any time except for the Bike 4 Sight event.
